Dear Pastor,

Please pay special attention to the submission date which is 1 week in advance of delivery date. I hope you will find the following information useful.

1. When are the flyers printed?

To have your flyer printed and delivered by Friday, you would need to have submitted a final artwork approval by Monday. All requests are to be sent at least one week prior to printing.

2. I want a new design, not a template - how quickly can I have a design?

It is suggested that requests for new designs are submitted at least two weeks in advance of print to allow for consultation for your unique design. The deadline however for ALL requests is still one week prior to print (late submissions will still be considered as above).

3. When do I have to pay by?

You will receive an email with an invoice shortly after your design has been approved and confirmed. All payments should then be made to EMMANTECH LTD and received within 7 working days of the invoice being issued.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (preffered) or Cheque. For administrative purposes and to track your payment pelase ensure that ALL your payments have a reference number as specified on your invoice. Please send cheques with your order ref written on the back to:

4. How much are the flyers?

Please refer to the price guide for flyers and posters. Any other pricing details are available on request for a wide range of services. Please remember that churches have been given special discounted rates.


If your printing is being handled by EMMANTECH LTD then your design cost or template choice is free of charge and you will only be charged for print and delivery. Should you require a design only then this will be charged at the listed rate. The design can then be emailed directly to the printer of your choice as well as your email if required.
